Who am I?
I have been certified in the fitness industry since 2001. Prior to starting my own business, I taught group classes in Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Full-body Toning, and Water Aerobics. I have also planned and facilitated the SUNY New Paltz Ice Hockey team's off-ice training. My current certifications are through ACE, GMP Fitness Golf and Thomson Education Direct.

What do I do?
I work from the philosophy that fitness should be a part of one's lifestyle. There are many reasons to exercise and diet, but healthier living should be number one. The services I offer to help you get there include:

How do I do it?
After an initial interview and fitness assessment, your exercise program is customized to your goals and lifestyle. The sessions are brought to you, in your home or place of business. And most importantly, I am there each step of the way to encourage, instruct, and inspire you to healthier living.

Why do I do it?
After graduating college, my weight continued to rise. After seeing a picture of myself at a summer picnic, I decided to take action. I modified my diet by making better choices and eating smaller portions. I also began attending group exercise classes, which were frustrating in the beginning. As improvements became noticeable, I began to love working out. Gradually, weight training and running were added to my routine. I lost 30 pounds and have maintained my weight since 1999. My love of fitness led me to pursue certifications in the field so that I can help others achieve their fitness lifestyle.

Why should you choose me?
Success in fitness is difficult to obtain. The following are reasons other people have chosen personal training with me.
